In our daily lives, it is important for us to eat. Eat! Eat! Eat! But wait, eating improper foods are not good for the body. There are some foods that are not good to eat because it is not good to our health. Our parents are always telling us to eat different kinds of nutritious green leafy vegetables for us to be strong and perform well the activities in our daily lives.There are lot of vegetables that we must eat just like squash, cabbage, eggplants, and others. This kinds of vegetable gives us lot of vitamins and minerals that will make us healthy. We must eat veggies everyday. Instead of eating junk foods, we must eat veggies. In relation to the theme of the nutrition month which is " pagkain ng gulay ugaliin, araw-araw itong ihain" this will serve to promote eating vegetables especially to the children who hate eating vegetables. We must make eating vegetables as our habit in order for all of us to be strong and make as more smart in able for us to be a good as we can be.
